• The rug is made from 100% polyester for softness and strength that lasts. Polyester adds shiny lustrousness to the rug. The pile height of the rug is 0.8cm approximately.
• The rug is perfect for high traffic zones as it is foldable and machine washable.
• This rug has been designed for indoor use only.
• For routine cleaning, sweeping your rug with a broom or carpet sweeper on a weekly basis is highly recommended and is the least damaging way to clean your rug. Regular light vacuuming is recommended and avoid powerful bagless vacuums.
• Please refer to the machine washing guide before washing the rug. Wash in cold, delicate cycles only. Do not tumble dry. Dry it on a line in shade.

Rug-grip: We recommend that an anti-slip pad is used underneath rugs to prevent slippage between the rug and the surface it is placed on.

Please allow for a slight variation of colours depending on monitor/device settings and room lighting.

Your order will be dispatched in 1-3 business days from either our Sydney or Melbourne warehouse.

Regional areas QLD, NSW, VIC, SA, TAS and Metro Perth & Darwin - 4-10 business days.
Rugs cannot be delivered to a PO Box address.

Designer Rugs

Please note that Designer rugs (Ted Baker/Scion/Brink & Campman/Orla Kiely/Sanderson/Morris/Harlequin/Florence/Wedgwood/Bluebellgray) are stocked in both Sydney and the Netherlands.

If it is coming from our partner warehouse in the Netherlands, it can take up to 10 business days to arrive in our Sydney warehouse. You will receive tracking information once it has been shipped from there.

If it is stocked in Sydney, it will be dispatched in 2-3 business days.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the rug. We will arrange a pickup for you and the refund amount will be purchase price less pickup fees and less 10% restock fees. See our returns policy here
