'Everklean' coats each fibre individually allowing the texture to remain unaffected and breathable. For an easy even easier clean, this rug is machine-washable! The Everklean protection will last up to 7 washes

Rug-grip: We recommend that an anti-slip pad is used underneath rugs to prevent slippage between the rug and the surface it is placed on.

Shipping: Our rugs are kept in warehouses across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. The dispatch location depends on the rug you purchase. All stock is dispatched in 2-3 business days.

Metro areas SYD, MLB, BNE, ADL, ACT - 2 - 5 business days. 
Regional areas QLD, NSW, VIC, SA, TAS and All WA & NT: 6 - 10 business days.

Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the rug. We will arrange a pickup for you and the refund amount will be purchase price less pickup fees and less 10% restock fees. See more information here
