All our rugs are dispatched directly from our warehouse in Australia. Each rug is usually dispatched within 3 business days.
When your rug is dispatched, you will receive a tracking no. via email. This will also let you know the courier company that was chosen to deliver your rug. You may use the tracking details to contact the courier company directly and ask for a delivery window as they will not call prior to delivery.
a) If you are not at home during delivery, the driver may leave a card for you to contact them and arrange re-delivery.
b) Should you want the courier drivers to leave the item at your door, please note ‘authority to leave’ in the comments section of your order during checkout.
c) You can also consider delivery to a friend or to your workplace as a delivery option
