Please note that wool rugs are prone to shedding due to being a natural fibre. This will decrease over time. Do not use a vacuum cleaner with a beater bar or a vacuum with strong suction as this will pull at the fibres and damage the rug, causing more shedding. If there are any loose threads, you can simply trim the yarn to even the finish.

Some of our Rugs are hand-made from durable natural fibres - like wool - The imperfections seen within are features of these rugs. This includes sprouting yarns (where the weaving processes start and finish), colour variations, foreign material (Used in the Warp and the weft), and other characteristics which may appear as defects but are signs these rugs were made with care. Natural fibre rugs do shed, we recommend a gentle Vacuum with no brush or rotating head to clean.
IMPORTANT TIP: We recommend an anti-slip pad such as RugStop. This is used underneath rugs to prevent slippage between the rug and the surface it is placed on.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the difference in monitor colours, some rug colours may vary. We try our best to represent all rug colours accurately, but cannot take responsibility.
PRODUCT CARE: Ensure to attend to spills immediately to minimise the chance of staining. Do not rub the spill. Instead, blot any liquids with a dry, absorbent, white cloth, or white paper towel.
A mild detergent and lukewarm water may need to be used. For any hasher spills, please seek specialist advice.
Professionally clean the rug every 6 – 12 months as well as rotate its position in the space.
Underlay / Rug Grip
We recommend that an anti-slip pad is used underneath rugs to prevent slippage between the rug and the surface it is placed on.

Your order will be dispatched in 1-3 business days from either our Sydney or Melbourne warehouse.

Metro areas SYD, MLB, BNE, ADL, ACT - 2 - 5 business days
Regional areas QLD, NSW, VIC, SA, TAS and Metro Perth & Darwin - 4-10 business days.
Rugs cannot be delivered to a PO Box address.
Designer Rugs
Please note that Designer rugs (Ted Baker/Scion/Brink & Campman/Orla Kiely/Sanderson/Morris/Harlequin/Florence/Wedgwood/Bluebellgray) are stocked in both Sydney and the Netherlands.
If it is coming from our partner warehouse in the Netherlands, it can take up to 10 business days to arrive in our Sydney warehouse. You will receive tracking information once it has been shipped from there.
If it is stocked in Sydney, it will be dispatched in 2-3 business days.
Free Shipping Policy

Returns
Change of Mind Returns
The Rugtastic 30 Day Money Back Guarantee protects all rug purchases made from our website (excluding custom made and made to order rugs). Though we are sure you’ll love our products, we do understand that sometimes you may change your mind for a refund or an exchange.
If you decide to return your rug, we will organise the pickup for you. You will simply have to wrap the rug in original packaging or similar (garbage bags can work well) and nominate a day for pickup (please allow for +2 days). We will then send you shipping labels to stick onto the rug. Feel free to leave the rug outside your door on the day of pickup so that you don't miss the courier driver.
The refund for a change of mind return will be the original cost less our shipping costs (minimum $20) and a 10% restock fee per item. The restock fee covers potential damages in transit and other costs associated with returns.
Please note that it’s important for your item to be original condition to be eligible for return under the guarantee.
If you need to cancel an order after rug dispatch but before the item has been delivered, the amount refunded will be the original amount less the original shipping fee as well as the redirection fee.

Rug Exchange
We will happily exchange a rug for you as we are committed to the satisfaction of our customers. The exchange fee will be 10% of the purchase price (min $20) and pickup fees.
It’s important for your item to be original condition and well packaged to be eligible for return under the guarantee.

Damaged / Faulty / Incorrect Rug Returns
If you a damaged, faulty or incorrect rug, please contact us on sales@rugtastic.com.au (with pictures if applicable) and we will do our best to rectify the issue asap with a repair, replacement, return, refund, store credit and partial credit
