Your order will be dispatched in 1-3 business days from either our Sydney or Melbourne warehouse. 

Once dispatched, estimated shipping time frames are (guide Only)
Metro areas SYD, MLB, BNE, ADL, ACT - 2 - 5 business days
Regional areas QLD, NSW, VIC, SA, TAS and Metro Perth & Darwin - 4-10 business days.
Rugs cannot be delivered to a PO Box address.

Designer Rugs

Please note that Designer rugs (Ted Baker/Scion/Brink & Campman/Orla Kiely/Sanderson/Morris/Harlequin/Florence/Wedgwood/Bluebellgray) are stocked in both Sydney and the Netherlands.

If it is coming from our partner warehouse in the Netherlands, it can take up to 10 business days to arrive in our Sydney warehouse. You will receive tracking information once it has been shipped from there.

If it is stocked in Sydney, it will be dispatched in 2-3 business days.

Free Shipping Policy

Please note that some remote areas are excluded from our free shipping offer. We no longer offer free shipping to WA, NT and TAS. You can see more details here
