Shipping: Our rugs are kept in warehouses across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. The dispatch location depends on the rug you purchase. All stock is dispatched in 2-3 business days.

Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the rug. We will arrange a pickup for you and the refund amount will be purchase price less pickup fees and less 10% restock fees. See more information here
