Our rugs are kept in warehouses across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. The dispatch location depends on the rug you purchase.

Regional areas QLD, NSW, VIC, SA, TAS and All WA & NT: 6 - 10 business days.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the rug. We will arrange a pickup for you and the refund amount will be purchase price less pickup fees and less 10% restock fees. See our returns policy here
