Once dispatched, estimated shipping time frames are (Guide Only)
Metro areas SYD, MLB, BNE, ADL, ACT - 2 - 5 business days. 
Regional areas QLD, NSW, VIC, SA, TAS and All WA & NT: 6 - 10 business days. Rugs cannot be delivered to a PO Box address.

Designer Rugs

Please note that Designer rugs (Ted Baker/Scion/Brink & Campman/Orla Kiely/Sanderson/Morris/Harlequin/Florence/Wedgwood/Bluebellgray) are stocked in both Sydney and the Netherlands. If it is coming from our partner warehouse in the Netherlands, it can take up to 10 business days to arrive in our Sydney warehouse. You will receive tracking information once it has been shipped from there. If it is stock in Sydney, it will be dispatched according to guidelines above.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the rug. We will arrange a pickup for you and the refund amount will be purchase price less pickup fees and less 10% restock fees. See our returns policy here
