CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

100% Nylon rugs are the easiest to clean as they are synthetic and colour fast (the colours will not wash out/run/bleed). 

To clean you can spot clean the affected area with a mild detergent such as those commonly used for washing. 

For a larger area, please see steps below
1. Hose down the rug
2. If there are smells, use a soft detergent and soft scrub to softly hand scrub the rug
3. Rinse thoroughly
4. Hang the rug back side up on a fence/clothes line or on anything that is elevated from the ground in order for the water to drip out of the rug while still in the sun

Once dispatched, estimated shipping time frames are (Guide Only)
Metro areas SYD, MLB, BNE, ADL, ACT - 2 - 5 business days. 
Regional areas QLD, NSW, VIC, SA, TAS and All WA & NT: 6 - 10 business days. Rugs cannot be delivered to a PO Box address.

Dispatch and Delivery Information (designer rugs)

Please note that Designer rugs (Ted Baker/Scion/Brink & Campman/Orla Kiely/Sanderson/Morris/Harlequin/Florence/Wedgwood/Bluebellgray) are stocked in both Sydney and the Netherlands.

If it is coming from our partner warehouse in the Netherlands, it can take up to 10 business days to arrive in our Sydney warehouse. You will receive tracking information once it has been shipped from there.

If it is stocked in Sydney, it will be dispatched in 2-3 business days.

Free Shipping Exclusions

Shipping is included in purchase. Some areas are excluded from our free shipping offer. Please see more information about excluded postcodes here.  

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the rug. We will arrange a pickup for you and the refund amount will be purchase price less pickup fees and less 10% restock fees. See our returns policy here
